- Switch decoding key for credentials. - Adapt tests to changes in openwhisk repository.
- Watson updated its instances to IAM. Therefore they now use apikey instead of username/password.

Right now the required binaries for this runtime (python2_virtualenv.zip, python_virtualenv_dir.zip, python_virtualenv_file.zip, etc.) are included in this repo. In a 2nd step the creation of them from the source will be added so that the binaries can be removed.
