This is the github profile of the IEEE University of Toronto Student Branch's ASIC Team. The team was founded with the mission of bringing practical IC Design experience to undergraduate students.
The team works with TinyTapeout and uses Open Source CAD & EDA tools to design, test, and fabricate various ICs. Please check the pinned projects for some examples of designs we are working on.
The ASIC Team is focused on the following objectives:
- Creating practical IC Design Opportunities for University Students.
- Contributing back to the Open Source Silicon Community.
- Creating Resources for interested parties to get started with IC design.
We are affiliated with the University of Toronto's IEEE Student Branch, as a branch of the ubiquitous research organization we are dedicated to furthering knowledge amongst the student body. The parent student branch organization hosts a variety of hackathons, workshops, and professional development events.
