P2P and NvLink bridges for RTX 3090!

Apparently, the @valdemardi recently made the patch for the P2P-enabled driver for NVIDIA. So now the NvLink and P2P can be enabled simultaneously.

Have anyone already tried that? I will be testing it pretty soon -- I have to finish the water loop first (got only 2-slot bridges, of course) and then do the testing. That should provide another decent prefill boost.
