Ray and shape casts now report initial overlap. They provide a point in the overlap region and the normal is zero. Users can ignore these results in `b2CastResultFcn` by returning -1.0f. Functions to set local joint anchors. Functions to access joint linear and angular separation. Fixed motor joint handling of large angles. New samples: - ragdoll scaling - joint separation - door box2d #825 box2d #931 box2d #927 box2d #824 box2d #930
