add custom version of material-illumos theme

This is a design proposal for a custom illumos version of the "material" theme.

The customizations are:

• using the illumos colors, hopefully addresses Review color and theme choices #29
• visited links are differently colord to address Visited and unvisited links have the same color #30
• bring in the illumos logo with the correct font
• increase header height to "make the logo bigger"
• remove the site-name as it's included in the logo
• remove some slow css transitions
• remove all sluggish js scroll event listeners
• improve privacy a bit by not loading external resources (google fonts and github stars)
• remove prev/next links from footer, those makes sense for documentation but not so much for a website

I'm not yet sure what the best process is for maintaining that theme. Currently these modifications are in my local fork at https://github.com/wiedi/mkdocs-material-illumos/commits/master and the generated files checked in here.

Let me know what you all think. I can make further adjustments or split out just some of these changes if you'd like some of the things back I removed. ;-)
