Fact-checker wrapper

Wrapper for fact-checker test tool: provides peer-dependencies and test environment. From his folder you can execute fact-checker and mocha. For a full test run you can use npm test (generate tests and run them). For a demo you can try npm run self-test (start an echo server and run preconfigured tests).
