Added Hindi Translation Patch-1

• This PR is for the issue Translate to Hindi #2279
• In this PR I have added hindi translation for adapter, aggregator, ambassador, api-gateway and arrange-act-assert pattern

Pull request description

• Created 5 folders inside localizaion/hi and added hindi translation for these 5 design pattern according to translation guide
• As there are many file to translate, in this commit I am translating 5 patterns so that review will get better.
• In future I am planning to add 5 design pattern translation in each commit.
