[Feature] Add keyboard shortcut for image star rating

First of all, I really like Immich - it's a wonderful piece of software :D

I would like to use Immich as my main photo organizer (uploaded from various sources like cameras, smartphones, etc.). To sort all my photos, I usually perform the following actions on each photo in the gallery: delete, edit star ratings, or add as a favorite.

Unfortunately, the keyboard shortcut for setting the image star rating is missing.
I propose using the keys 1–5 to assign 1–5 stars and 0 to remove the rating.

Complete co sign! As mentioned before elsewhere, this would a killer feature that would enablesusers of different knowledge levels to quickly sift through a lot of photos!

Also looks like a very small integration to build with minimal influence on the UX!
