Thumbnail generation issue on Synology DS220+ Docker install - "Error loading image"

Hi everyone,

I've successfully installed Immich on my Synology DS220+ using Docker, following the instructions from the official website. I've also managed to map my existing photo library from the Synology NAS.

However, I'm encountering an issue where thumbnails are not being generated for my images. Instead, I see an "Error loading image" message. When I click on the image, it loads and displays correctly, but the thumbnail remains missing.

I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at my .env and docker-compose.yml files to see if there's anything misconfigured that might be causing this.
