[Feature] Await image loaded before moving to the next memory

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When loading memories takes time, Immich may skip to the next one before the current is viewable.

I would suggest to start the countdown for the next memory when the memory asset is fully loaded instead of starting when it begins loading.

That doesn't sound right, how long are they taking to load for you?

that depends on how bad is the connection, sometimes a few seconds (maybe 3-5).

over a slow VPN you basically cannot see any image without going back 2-3 times from the next one until the previous one finishes loading.

I don't think Immich has anything to do with the load time, but it would make sense to check if the image is fully loaded before moving to the next one and not being able to see it.

(Also, I should really open a new one for this, but when you add a memory asset to locked, it shows an empty misaligned box)
