As discussed in this link, chunked uploads are essential for deployments on home servers. Now that NextCloud has implemented this feature
nextcloud/desktop#4271 (comment) , could Immich add it in the next version? I imagine it wouldn't be technically difficult, right? I just hope immich can adopt a similar approach to Nextcloud to resolve the issue of uploading large files to servers behind cF proxies.

Sorry but this is a naive assumption. Also, there's a reason why we locked #1674, opening a new discussion is not the way to go.
