How to show both timeline and album photos?

I noticed that when I set one or more UUID under Albums, I no longer see photos from my timeline. Is there a way to see both?

By 'timeline' you mean memories or your full library? If you set one or more Album-UUIDs, only those will be shown. Leave it empty if you want your full library to be shown.

Memories are the "X years ago" photos you see at the top of Immich.

As of now, this is just how immich and their API works. Memories are the assets that appear in 'One year ago' you see on the main page of immich.

Right now you have the option to show 'your timeline' (no filters) or add Albums. A workaround would be adding your desired assets into a special 'ImmichFrame'-Album that is set in the config.

Right. Another way to think of it is the 'timeline' (meaning no albums/people/memories set) includes your album, which is what you are asking for essentially.
