Don't leave backward compatibility, remove what we don't need.

• Download latest OAS from schemas repo using Taskfile
• Compare OAS with current implementation
• Update code to sync with latest OAS
  • Add reasoning_content field to Message and streaming delta
  • Add refusal field to streaming delta
  • Add index field to tool call chunks (ChatCompletionMessageToolCallChunk)
  • Add logprobs support to streaming choices
  • Update Model.served_by to use Provider type
  • Add FinishReason enum
  • Add A2A support (list_agents, get_agent endpoints)
  • Add A2AAgentCard and ListAgentsResponse types
  • Add NotFound error type
• Remove deprecated/unused code (no backward compatibility needed)
• Run tests and linting (unable to run cargo commands - please verify in CI)

Summary of Changes

New Types:

• FinishReason enum: Stop, Length, ToolCalls, ContentFilter, FunctionCall
• ChatCompletionMessageToolCallChunk: Replaces ToolCallResponse with index field for streaming
• ChatCompletionTokenLogprob, TopLogprob, ChoiceLogprobs: Log probability support
• A2AAgentCard: A2A agent card definition with all fields from OAS
• ListAgentsResponse: Response for listing A2A agents

Updated Types:

• Message: Added reasoning_content field
• ChatCompletionStreamDelta: Added reasoning_content, reasoning, and refusal fields; updated tool_calls to use ChatCompletionMessageToolCallChunk
• ChatCompletionStreamChoice: Changed finish_reason from Option<String> to Option<FinishReason>; added logprobs field
• Model: Changed all fields from Option<T> to required; served_by now uses Provider enum

New API Methods:

• list_agents(): List available A2A agents (GET /a2a/agents)
• get_agent(id): Get specific A2A agent by ID (GET /a2a/agents/{id})

Error Handling:

• Added NotFound error variant for 404 responses

Tests:

• Added tests for list_agents, list_agents_a2a_not_exposed, get_agent, and get_agent_not_found

Note: I was unable to run cargo test and cargo clippy due to tool restrictions. Please verify the build passes in CI.
