Why is 'Hot Reloadind' not ticked?

Just tried hot reload and it seemed to work. Is there a reason it's not ticked in the readme? :)

IMO the solution which is implemented is more a Live Reloading. I want Hot Reloading like in React-Native or Flutter where I change a styling and immediately see the output without compiling and refreshing the whole app.
