Summary

Modify the existing approach of processing admin keys to more simple and temporary approach

Description

• Remove existing RoleId::RootCA, RoleId::BrandCA, RoleId::CampaignCA, RoleId::CategoryCA, RoleId::RootAdmin, RoleId::BrandAdmin, RoleId::CampaignAdmin, RoleId::CategoryAdmin, RoleId::Moderator.
• Modify the existing CatalystIdInner admin: bool field. Set it to true if during initialisation URI scheme would be equal to admin.catalyst
• Update SignatureKidRule with the corresponding new logic of defining admin roles.
