Summary
Refine the current approach with Cip509 (and probably with some other types from rbac-registration) and distinguish a separate Cip509Valid type.
The main idea and desire, to not assume that some data is already processed and validated, make it as part of the type system.
Which would decrease the chance of making mistakes.
