Things should be recorded the RBAC registration chain

• current-transaction-id-hash where it tell the current position of registration chain
• purpose list of purpose for this registration chain
• x509-cert list of x509 certificate
• c509-cert list of c509 certificate
• public-keys list of public key
• revocation list of revoked certificate where the data in the list need to be certificate key hash
• role-data update set of role data associated with the role number
• tracking-payment-addresss list of payment address to keep track
• payment-history list of payment history associated to the tracking-payment-address
