Migrating to stack, using
lts-11.2.I'm away for the next two weeks, so this should be a priority since we want @StavrosChryselis to use this in https://github.com/input-output-hk/cardano-report-server to implement it there.
This is a quick
ndirty migration to stack, there are other issues for improving it.
