Why

We want to create a succinct version of all the full certificate chain. We have opted for a Recursive SNARK solution that will create a unique proof for the full certificate chain, making sure that the chaining of the aggregate verification keys and protocol parameters is correct and that the last certificate of the chain is valid for a specific message.
