Input water mask file has different size from ifgramStack file

Hello mintpy

I'm currently doing a landslide mapping using hyp3 + mintpy combination and I encountered a problem running the mintpy where the waterMask.h5 has a different size from ifgramStack.h5

i used this code to clip geotiff file to their common overlap
clip.txt

as a result it gives me this error
error.txt

i was also given a warning where it says
warning.txt

please give me a helping hand, I really need your expertise.
