perfspect fails to get the list of supported perf events because perf segfaults
Steps To Reproduce
run perfspect metrics on a RHEL 9 system
Perfspect Version
3.9.1
Platform Information
EC2 m8i
Attach all files found in perfspect output directory
Attach perfspect.log
Additional context
Found that the UPX compression of the perf binary is causing the issue on RHEL 9.
