Write instructions/config files to run the CVE binary tool in Travis

The CVE Binary Tool has a nice pypi package, and should be super easy to run in Travis. It would be nice if we had instructions on how to do that so other projects could more easily integrate us into their continuous integration.

Are you looking for a travis.yml file (like this: https://github.com/intel/cve-bin-tool/blob/master/build/old.travis.yml) ?
Or a readme file containing written instructions to run CVE binary tool in travis?

I'm looking for written instructions for other people to run CVE Binary Tool. The travis.yml file you linked is the one we used to use for CI on our codebase, so it's not really designed for running cve-bin-tool on someone else's code base!

While we still don't have a Travis-specific config, I think with the github actions stuff and our existing documentation I think we've got enough that someone would be able to adapt for Travis. I wouldn't say no to a config if someone wants to make one, but I don't think we need the open issue any more.
