Bug: Extractor not working correctly in windows

tar extraction is not working in windows for some reason.

tar: Error opening archive: Can't initialize filter; unable to run program "xz -d -qq"

Fedora packages uses zstd compression which 7zip doesn't seem to support.

I have run test_extractor on windows which is working fine. So, maybe we are missing some test cases.

We should use pure python modules as a fallback method when subprocess call fails.
Here is the list of some of the python modules that we can use

1. rpmfile
2. cabfile
3. tar and zip

This fork of 7zip supports zstd compression. We should mention this in docs that if you want to extract zstd compressed rpm file than you have to use this 7zip fork.

We also need 7zip to extract ".apk", ".exe", ".msi" and ".jar" since shutil don't support it and windows don't have unzip program.
