Description
For those of you who may have wondered if it is possible to adapt ISA-L to Polynomial Codes, I am happy to report that the answer is yes. You can see the updated ISA-L library at github.com/GrokDarkMatter/ISA-L-PC. This source is free to download and evaluate, and demonstrates how to build, apply and use Polynomial Codes for both Erasure Coding and unknown error detection and correction.
It has an interactive tool, erasure_code_perf, which displays the Polynomial matrix, and allows the user to choose any parity size (-p val). It also demonstrates how to use Galois Field arithmetic on Syndromes to identify unknown error location and unknown error value.
I hope you enjoy exploring Polynomial Codes.
