apply #600 and #459 first, and decode the stream with gst-vaai:
$gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=TSCTX_10bit_RExt_SHARP_1.bin ! h265parse ! vaapih265dec ! fakesink
This cmd will decode the 10bit stream into Y410 format. And dmesg information:
root@media_libva_icl:~/media# dmesg
[86323.257339] i915 0000:00:02.0: Resetting vcs0 for hang on vcs0
