no openvino menu in Layer

hi, I've installed Gimp 3.0.6-1 on a freshly installed W11 installation and I've followed the guide to install the plugins.
I can see the plugins in my AppData\Roaming\GIMP\3.0\plug-ins folder:

and this folder is in Folders->Plug-ins

but yet there's no openvino menu in Layers.
what am I doing wrong?

Hi @alestanga - we can take a look. Can you try installing GMIP 3.0.4 as mentioned in the Windows installation documentation just to verify that works for you? We haven't tested 3.0.6 yet, so there may be some delta.

Hi @gblong1 , thank you, I've uninstalled 3.0.6-1 and I've installed 3.0.4
now I have the menu and it works.
my bad, I thought that 3.0.4 was the minimum version, not the only supported one.

@alestanga - glad that worked. We have not yet tested 3.0.6, so 3.0.4 is maximum version, at this point. you could use earlier 3.x releases if that also could work for you. In any case, it sounds like we have some issue with 3.0.6 based on your testing. We will take a look and hopefully resolve it soon!
