I've also hit this issue. The Intercom team should verify if something went wrong in their pipelines, or their binary release was actually hijacked, before merging this.

Hey folks,

Thanks for this contribution, and apologies for any disruption. We should have caught this earlier.

Some of our release tooling failed due to an outage in a service we depend on earlier this week. This resulted in this error slipping through.

This has been merged, and the 19.3.4 release has been re-tagged.
