[BUG] LinkOut components need to be able to run over lines for mobile.

Styling

Current Behavior

The LinkOut component doesn't allow text to break and run over to new lines for long strings which breaks styling for mobile pages. As an example see page https://openpayments.dev/es/overview/getting-started/

Expected Behavior

The text should wrap.
