Fixed

• The http(s) document loader protocol handler now parses string bodies, so a
  custom HttpGetService that returns raw text (e.g. a text/plain status
  list) no longer passes a string through to checkStatus. Unparseable bodies
  surface as a url-bearing NotFoundError.
