• VERIFICATION_METHOD_ERROR is detected from the typed
  VerificationMethodError (matched by name) that
  @interop/jsonld-signatures 11.9.0 and the DID drivers throw, before the
  message patterns, which remain the fallback for plain Errors. A typed error
  with a blank message is described by the method id it names, and a fault
  message is no longer repeated under INVALID_SIGNATURE.
• did:web resolution uses DidWebResolver from @interop/did-web-resolver
  6.5.0 with its new fetchDocument option bound to the verifier's
  HttpGetService, replacing the local copy of its get(). A document whose id
  does not match the DID now throws DIDResolutionError (code notFound),
  reported as DID_WEB_UNRESOLVED, and a missing fragment throws
  VerificationMethodError (code notFound), as @interop/did-method-key
  7.5.1 and @interop/did-method-webvh 5.15.0 do.
