@miggland seems pretty reasonable, I think this will definitely make it easier for others to get off the ground running the tests locally :) |

Added a few notes about how to get started with tests.
Note: I'm not sure about requirements.txt - these seem to be a mix of requirements needed in different parts of the tests. I added those I had to install before running tests, with the current version. Probably a lower version would work as well..
