This PR does a few things:
docsdirectory up a level.docusaurus.config.jsto reference the Guide given this new structure.crowdin.ymlfile to allow the Guide documentation (minus the auto generated plugins) to be translated.Note 1: The version dropdown has not been moved yet. This will be moved in a future PR.
Note 2: I had to change the URL path from
/docsto/docs/guidedue to facebook/docusaurus#5651. As a result, some URLs need to be updated. I will handle this in a future PR as I am mostly trying to figure out the unversioning piece of this.
