Content touch when dragging downward should not snap up

I'm using Ionic's custom scroll with a content directive. When I drag it downwards, and it is gradually sliding back up, if I touch the content, it snaps up to the top. This doesn't happen on any native apps(on iOS) that I can find, and feels very strange.

edit: Same when I drag upwards and it is sliding down.

Possibly related to #204

I notice what you mean. I need to play with some apps and see how it feels and adjust this.

@JonathanHindi, I think he means when you reach the end of the drag, if you grab the content while still rubber banding, the scoll view snaps back to the top which it doesn't do on native iOS.

I'm almost certain this and #204 are related, since it doesn't happen always, just occasionally. Luckily this helps me reproduce #204 so I can maybe fix it finally :)

@mlynch correct. It's a bit hard to take a screenshot of it, would need to be a well angled video or something.

I fixed it. Man was that a doozy though, and to think it was really just one offending line! That's coding for you :)
