Flicker when transition back

Go to the viewState.html page, navigation in one page, then navigation back. After the transition back a flicker started happening.

So for the new backButton, if an ngClick attribute is defined we use that instead of the default action (going back).

But the problem was the ngClick had logic that made it the only reliable way to call an expression on click (ios safari flicker fixes).

So to allow me to use the ngClick logic in backButton without having an ngClick attribute, I factored ngclick's logic out to a service: https://github.com/driftyco/ionic/blob/master/js/ext/angular/src/directive/ionicTouch.js#L20

And the backButton now uses that service if ngClick is not defined: https://github.com/driftyco/ionic/blob/master/js/ext/angular/src/directive/ionicNavBar.js#L295-L298
