Send Payment and Move funds is not able to change the prefix of the amount

Issue description

To send iota from one wallet to another you cannot change from the preset Mi to any other amout.

Yes

Steps To reproduce the issue

Explain how the maintainer can reproduce the issue.

1. Get some tokens on one account
2. Try to transfer any other amount then Mi

Expected behaviour

Should be able to change to i ,Ki ,Mi, Ti and Pi

Actual behaviour

Nothing

This should be fixed with #341. Please reopen if it is not fixed in the next release.
