[MacOS] Uncaught exception, when clicking file menu items when FF is closed.

Issue description

When the FF menu is closed the application is still running on Mac. When I click on any of the FireFly menu options it returns a TypeScript uncaught exception. For example clicking on error logs, check for update, about firefly, etc etc..

Steps To reproduce the issue

1. Close FireFly Window
2. Click FireFly menu top left corner
3. Click ANY of the options presented from the menu

Expected behaviour

I expect greyed menu tabs. If the options are selectable I would prefer that the client returned "unable to check error logs: login first" or something.

Actual behaviour

Uncaught Exception

This is also the result of clicking "About FireFly"

Expected an actual logo and box of information, instead received error downloading file thumbnail.
