change text "create account" into "create profile" during setup

Issue description

in the setup process after downloading the stronghold file the 1st wallet profile gets created. during this process a text is shown "creating account". It should write "creating profile" as this otherwise confuses - accounts are parts of profiles, a stronghold is connected to a profile, not an account

i can say that this text never appears during following profile setups, seems only be at the first profile with a fresh installed wallet
