"Back button" in account detail view doesnt work

Issue description

the back button in the account detail page doesnt work, it works in settings detail page, but not in accounts detail pages

Steps To reproduce the issue

click on an account and try to get back from this back with the back button

no errors

Should be fixed by #540 - the drag region for the title bar was overlapping the button
