Add placeholder to "move funds" receiver input field

Description

I think it would make sense to add a placeholder to the receiver input field when moving funds from one account to another.
Something like "Choose Account".

Motivation

Makes it a little more user friendly imo and aligns with other input fields having placeholders when sending/moving funds.

Also an error is thrown in console if you try send without a recipient account selected
