Description of change
This wallet.rs updates applied on this PR fixes a backend panic on sync (error
Panic: Internal error: calledResult::unwrap()on anErrvalue: ClientError(ReqwestError(reqwest::Error...) and changes the account incoming/outgoing computation to only consider confirmed transactions.
