  • Use 'workspace' table to avoid warning.
  • notebook v7.5.0 and jupyterlab v4.5.0 seem to resolve the scrolling issue that we've seen in examples. I haven't confirmed that for this repository, but in my local tests for other projects (e.g. feat: Upgrade to Jupyter Book v2 pyhf/pyhf-tutorial#107) this seems fine now.

To avoid updating other dependencies without cause (as they may want to be pinned to current versions) use the commands

pixi upgrade notebook jupyterlab

for ATLAS and

pixi upgrade --feature lab notebook jupyterlab

for CMS.

Avoids

WARN Encountered 1 warning while parsing the manifest:

* Latest releases resolve Jupyter scrolling issues.
