Add print column for `Prefixes` in `NetworkInterface`

Currently we only print out the IPs allocated for a NetworkInterface. Allocated Prefixes are being ignored. We should change that by adding the print column rendering in the NetworkInterface table converter.

Similar issue as in ironcore-dev/ironcore#957
