New version of the analysis.
It adds:
- Visualization of BLG properties: B-factors, amyloidogenicity, isoelectric point and relative solvent accessibility
- Comparing PSMs and peptides from different software
- Replace Venn Diagrams by UpSet plots on PSMs
- Separate DB search results processing from plotting notebook
