Server Folders show up when slider set to view others servers #58

Observed behavior
pretty self explanatory, we see the server folders show up on both owned servers and others servers
Expected behavior
hide the folders in others' servers, and show when the slider is set to see our servers
Steps to reproduce
- get nova installed (ofc)
- get a admin account
- make a server for yourself
- create a server for someone else (this one kinda is optional? i put it here because that's what I did)
- go to homepage, make a folder and drag the server inside
- flick the switch!
