Replace broken https://mcflags.emc.gs with https://aikar.co/2018/07/02/tuning-the-jvm-g1gc-garbage-collector-flags-for-minecraft/ which presumably was the original where that came from.

The new link isn't working for me, but I still prefer it over referencing a .gs domain.

FYI it eventually worked for me just now, but it's really slow to load; it's likely some slow dynamic site generator, not static content. |
