Clearer CLI output and documentation, with updated GitHub Actions dependencies.

Changes

  • Reworked the README and guides around installation, commands, and pull request setup.
  • Simplified CLI help, lint findings, and error messages.
  • Removed publishing guides, validation logs, generated demos, and duplicate release notes.
  • Moved lab fixtures into tests/fixtures.
  • Updated GitHub Actions dependencies to Node.js 24, removed the unused PyPI publishing job, and stopped duplicate test runs on tags.

Validation

All 59 tests pass on Windows and Linux with Python 3.10–3.14. Checks also cover fresh installations, staged and unstaged Git diffs, package builds, and the Action's report upload.

Downloads include a Python wheel, source archives, and SHA256SUMS.txt.
