Make extended documentation available on the website

The docs pages under intro and reference are quite useful, but right now they aren't linked from the home page, and the way they render in HTML doesn't let you use the "next" and "previous" buttons to view a rendered page, it sends you back to Markdown.

It would be very nice to be able to consult the language reference and other guides easily from the main website. This might be planned already with a specific idea in mind, but I would also be happy to take a crack.

While the docs could be much prettier, they're currently fit for use, so I'm deferring a proper docs site until more critical work is done, unless it turns out users don't find the current state of docs good enough.

I'm very finicky on styling and I know this'll take quite a bit of iteration until I'm happy with the end result. When the time comes, one of the Astro Starlight themes could be a good starting point.
