Verbal time signals do not fire from inactive tabs [Feedback]

The verbal signals in the impromptu mode do not go off when running in a background tab.

Please note that the accuracy of the timer is not impacted by changing tabs. If for some reason, the user changes tabs while a timer is running, the timer will continue like normal (not pausing, not losing track of time). Missed audio and visual signals are not shown upon reopening the tab, but if the user navigates back to the timer while a signal is going off, it will still appear.
