Otherwise you get a existing db bug if reinstalling.

Expected:

1. user runs uninstall command
2. prompt: "also delete app usage data in ~ ?`
3. deletes /cortex && .cortexrc (and other caches)
4. kill dangling processes, 1337 & 3929
5. optional prompt: "terminate ports __ and ___?"

I know we are push users towards an installer. like win-nvm, that helps them configure:

1. data path
2. agree to license
3. etc.

this would be very helpful
