Fixes a youtube embed issue

Fix auto-updater and stop music when PoE is closed.

• Disable the automatic download and install of new updates. The app should now only install new content if the user clicks the 'Install' button in the updates panel.
• Music now stops when PoE is closed. The app watches the running list of programs and if pathofexile is missing the music will pause.
